Re: [Gimp-developer] Remove zoom tool...
Luis Diego: Yo can remove it yourself when you want. Just go to (assuming your GIMP is in spanish, your name looks spanish to me :-) "ventanas > Diálogos empotrables > herramientas" and you can activate/de-activate any tool in the toolbox, including the zoom tool. Despite what a lot of people say, GIMP UI allows a lot of customization. So it has no point to discuss about the default workspace when you can change it so easily. hth, Gez. ___ Gimp-developer mailing list Gimp-developer@lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU https://lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU/mailman/listinfo/gimp-developer

[Gimp-developer] Rod selection, color selection and bucket with an option for alpha channel
I created a monochromatic filling on a single level with alpha channel, I blurred the edges and then I wanted to select and change the color before the fuzzy, I tried to select in every way not only blurred but was read all the color. .. it would be useful for selecting and recognize the alpha channel! __ Faça ligações para outros computadores com o novo Yahoo! Maybe it's just me, but just because you don't find a tool useful doesn't really warrant outright removing it. You can always just remove it from the toolbox yourself... Also, with the Zoom tool you can just use click and drag to define a specific area that is zoomed into so it fills the window - how would you propose to do that otherwise? (Using the select tool and some kind of "Zoom to selection" function isn't an option, as it destroys any selection you have...) -- Kurt Bernhard Pruenner --- Haendelstrasse 17 --- 4020 Linz --- Austria ...It might be written "Mindfuck", but it's spelt "L-A-I-N"... ___ Gimp-developer mailing list Gimp-developer@lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU https://lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU/mailman/listinfo/gimp-developer
