Ahh.. good point. Gimp doesn't do CMYK. Here is a pretty good article that
describes the Gimp in comparrison to Photoshop:

Hi,

A quick search on Google for 'under construction clipart' gave the
following results (only a few here):
http://www.geocities.com/dodiemiro/construction.html
http://www.barrysclipart.com/animations/?gid=17109
http://www.theclipartplace.com/clipart/const.htm
http://www.myallfish.com/dir/Structure_Construction.shtml
http://www.fresherimage.com/Animations/Under_Construction/index.html

Google is your friend! (Most of the clipart is free to use - though
sometimes a link back to the authors website is expected).

Blessings,

Nigel Ridley.

Hi,

better in the way that it is open source, yes.

technically, I do not know.

I think it all depends what you do with a program. I use probably 10% of
the capability of each therefore for me they are equals.

there is nothing that I used to do with photoshop that is not feasable
by gimp and vise versa therfore they are equals. beside working under a
linux environment.

I have a 2Ghz PC and therefore do not see much of a difference in the
execution time, etc, etc,

I guess you got my point.

Now I would be a pro and would need a CMYK coded image instead of an RGB
image, what program would I choose ?

Bye

Ah, you see - this is why you are not a talented artist.
Creativity is a code word for "sophisticated theft".
