You can do it with style sheets but it won't work for all browsers, I don't
think.  Go to http://www.w3.org/css/ for information on Cascading Style
Sheets.  I've also found http://webreview.com/ to have lots of good
information on CSS (among other things).

RE: Win32 , batch doesn't work

I am able to run from the command line on WinNT4.0.  Specifically what command
line arguments are you trying to use?  Do you get an error message of any kind?

It seems that i'm unable to start gimp from the prompt with commandline
arguments.
