Or just open the file, scale it, and do File > Export (or Ctrl+e) and
give it a new name in the Export dialog.

I have a photo 640x480 .xcf.  If I enlarge it to 200%, I then want to 
save it as a new photo.  Any suggestions appreciated.

One nice thing you can check out, is the image properties that runs 
through owner options.

[Gimp-user] Who Owns Images Created Using Gimp Tool

Hi,

 

I've viewed some the tutorials for the Gimp tool, covering various features.
They are straightforward, easy to understand and very accessible. I believe
it is the best tool to use when creating my own
characters/pictures/illustrations for my upcoming books. 

 

This may sound unnecessary, but...could you please confirm that I am the
owner of the images I have created using this tool and can incorporate them
into my own books which I will be selling commercially. In reading the
License Agreement, I wasn't sure I could use my own creations commercially.
"Legaleze" isn't really my forte.

 

Thanks so much, I appreciate any clarifications you can provide.

[Gimp-user] Liquid Rescaler

hello i cant seem to install this to gimp i have went to this sight

now when i install it gives me this message. I have tried to install both
an they both give me the same message, when i scale it distorts, so im
learning to do alot of things, but this was suggested to me an now i cant
install is there an other installer for this program.
