I agree, we should be able to just read the commit messages without

display commit messages under issue

Hi,

now if I push a branch with commits which refer to an issue, a new note 
will be posted to the issue page, like this:

mentioned in commit abbba01321f0f55272b5baef7a80d497b8a6b497

And the you drag the mouse over the commit hash, the first line of the 
commit message appears in a tool tip. But to see the whole commit message, 
you need to click on the link.

Would it be possible to display the whole commit message straight on the 
issue page? Or if it is too verbose for somebody, then at least the first 
line make it foldable to show the whole message?

Should I open a feature request, or can I do it myself, somehow?
