[gitorious] Unable to push to Gitorious, even though my SSH key is on the server.

I'm unable to push to Gitorious, even though my SSH key is on the
server.  This transcript paste shows the error in detail:

Here's what I just wrote in IRC (#gitorious) about it:

When pushing to a repository owned by me, where Gitorious has my SSH
key on the server, and where 
https://gitorious.org/~kfogel/statusnet/statusnet-dev/committerships
says I have commit,review,admin access, I am still getting this
error from Gitorious.org:

  You do not have write access to this repository
   ...
   (pre-receive hook declined)

The following thread indicates that it might be due to the same SSH
key being in the system for another user (shouldn't be, but who knows,
I might have created another account accidentally or something):

Karl,
Just looked at the IRC transcript now - seems you were able to help
yourself?

For the record: it seems like what happened was that another Gitorious
account was set up with the same public key.
