We're not planning to do another release on that branch, but at least the fix will be in the repository. Blaisorblade: we're currently maintaining two branches (7.0 and 7.1), and I'm afraid we lack the manpower to maintain another branch at the same time. Currently there's no possibility to install GHC on systems with autoconf 2.66, it seems (say, Ubuntu 10.10) - unless you patch yourself the issue.
