Try updating and rebuilding. ...and add -mwin32 after -mno-cygwin in the *installed compiler's (4.08.2, presumably) driver script. Sadly, no luck at all. I went through every file in the CVS distribution and the ghc4.08.2 driver and added -mwin32 after every -mno-cygwin. Unfortunately you need to rebuild your installed compiler's libraries too.
