Two important things it achieves
- Break-way from '/var/lib/glusterd' hard-coded previously,
instead rely on 'configure' value from 'localstatedir'
- Provide 's/lib/db' as default working directory for gluster
management daemon for BSD and Darwin based installations
${localstatedir}/db was used for FreeBSD (In fact FreeNAS) - where
we are planning for a 3.6 release integration as an experimental
option perhaps to begin with.
Since ${localstatedir}/lib is non-existent on non-linux platforms,
it was decided as a natural choice.
Future changes in next set would be migrate all the 'tests/*' to
handle non '/var/{lib,db}' directories.
