I think it would be nice to wrap up this phase of the discussion and get a new design written before Red Hat Summit, which is always a huge focus-breaker. That gives us a couple of weeks, though earlier is still better and it's never really too late. This document summarises the discussion we had in the DHT break out session and highlights some less discussed aspects of early 4.0 proposals. DHT2 proposal also needs to throw some light on how it would affect tiering as it's implemented today.
