If you absolutely want 3.7.11, you can still get it from

http://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/3.7/3.7.11/EPEL.repo/epel-6/x86_64/glusterfs-3.7.11-2.el6.x86_64.rpm

To get the latest 3.7 packages you should be using
http://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/3.7/LATEST/EPEL.repo
