You missed the point of Marko's reply.  We are all users here just like
you.  There is no Google presence on this list.  We can offer as much help
as is possible.  I did a search for Google Help and came up with
https://support.google.com/mail/?hl=en#topic=3394144.  I would recommend
going through their recommendations and seeing if it helps or if there is a
way to contact Google.  Since this is a free e-mail service I don't think
they offer direct support.
