That's what I thought, but at the time that was not working.

Hi Бруце,

Many users who registered on the old wiki were given a default status of 
"viewers" after the transition to the new site. I changed your status 
and now you should be able to edit pages across the site.

You should be able to click "Attach file or image" on the contributed software 
page, which will prompt a popup where you select the file and write the description.
