Re: Time-Shift Meeting Proposal

2009-01-14 Thread Steve Lee
From my experience in other channels, having time-shifted meetings has
been beneficial to ensuring a more global presence on the team. With a
time-shift meeting, a specific monthly interval meeting occurs at a
different time to accommodate that region.

Thanks good idea.

Every other week would be gr8, but every month ok too
Times well 18:00 to 21:00 (end) would be best for me as I need my beauty sleep.

Brailleconnect and linux

2009-01-14 Thread Tom Masterson
Sorry if this is an incorrect place to ask this but it is the list
address I have available here.

Has anyone gotten the Baum Brailleconnect to work with linux via usb
(using brltty)? If so what do I need to do to get it to work? In
theory it can also emulate a handytech. I am using Ubuntu 8.10.

You should rather mail brl...@mielke.cc indeed.

BrailleConnect is not mentioned in the brltty sources, but maybe it's
called another way. What lsusb says when you plug it in?
