Bug in gnome3-web.pot

2011-04-12 Thread Daniel Mustieles García
Hi all,

There are some strings in gnome-3.master.pot that seem to be part of the
HTML's page code.

Here are those lines:

#: ../parties.html:22(script)
msgid ""
"var map; var markers; var " (very long string, just posting the first line)

#: ../parties.html:3(head)
msgid ""
"\\\"font-size: 75%\\\">Contact: \" + teamData[2] + \"\";
"

Many thanks for your help :)

If you consider them bugs (yes, likely), please file a bug report
against website product in bugzilla.gnome.org.

parties.html javascript was not enclosed in CDATA, making xml2po go
berserk; I pushed a fix.

Ok, I've reported a bug against www.gnome.org.

Could you add a bugzillas link in the gnome3 module's web page? (
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gnome3-web/)

Also adding a new www.gnome3.org component in bugzilla would be great idea
:)

Many thanks!

Re: Change of Telugu team coordinator

2011-04-12 Thread Krishna Babu K

Hi,

This is Krishna babu K. I have been doing gnome translations for
Telugu from the last couple of years!
We are feeling proud that we have 93%
 translated most
powerful desktop GNOME in TELUGU language.
We are expecting more community members participation to maintain this
consistency in the upcoming

releases as well.

Regarding the coordinator ship Sunil(present coordinator) has
already discussed with the community
members. Seems like we need to discuss about this once again. Before we
announcing it in the mailing list

let us(Telugu community members) discuss about this.

Hi Yuri,
You can contact the team coordinator for Russian to make this addition.
See an example at
http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome3-web/commit/?id=ac5fe85e37731e3706069f5e7b68980382b39f88
That means that the index.html file is edited in order to add a line
for Russian. According to the rest of language names,
you can write "Russian" in Cyrillic.

Missing branches for vte in l10n.g.o

2011-04-12 Thread Christian Persch
Hi;

I noticed that on http://l10n.gnome.org/module/vte/ the only branches
listed are master, vte-0-24 and vte-0-22, missing the vte-0-26, and,
critically, the vte-0-28 branch from which releases for GNOME 3.0.x will
come. Can the vte-0-28 branch be added please? The vte-0-22, 0-24 and
0-26 branches will not see new releases, so it's not necessary to
keep/add them there.

Thanks,

Moreover, as only new branches beginning with "gnome-" are automatically
announced on gnome-i18n, it would be nice to "manually" announce on this
list when you branch vte.

String additions to 'gnome-panel.master'

2011-04-12 Thread GNOME Status Pages
This is an automatic notification from status generation scripts on:
http://l10n.gnome.org.

There have been following string additions to module 'gnome-panel.master':

+ "A simple applet for testing the GNOME panel"
+ "Area where notification icons appear"
+ "Clock Applet Factory"
+ "Clock"
+ "Display a swimming fish or another animated creature"
+ "Factory for Test DBus Applet"
+ "Factory for clock applet"
+ "Factory for notification area"
+ "Factory for the window navigation related applets"
+ "Fish"
+ "From Whence That Stupid Fish Came"
+ "Get the current time and date"
+ "Hide application windows and show the desktop"
+ "Notification Area Factory"
+ "Notification Area"
+ "Show Desktop"
+ "Switch between open windows using a menu"
+ "Switch between open windows using buttons"
+ "Switch between workspaces"
+ "Test DBus Applet Factory"
+ "Test DBus Applet"
+ "Wanda Factory"
+ "Window List"
+ "Window Navigation Applet Factory"
+ "Workspace Switcher"

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
