Gtk+ statistics doesn't get updated in damned lies

2013-03-15 Thread Nilamdyuti Goswami
Hi,

I pushed Assamese translations for Gtk+ UI and Gtk+ property nicks to both
master and gnome-3-8 branches. The statistics for the both the domains and
for both the branches are showing 100% in
https://l10n.gnome.org/module/Gtk+/ but in damned lies the statistics
doesn't get updated whereas for other packages it gets updated as soon as
translation is pushed to git.

Can anyone have a look at it?

Nilamdyuti Goswami

Hello,

In the main page of the Brazilian Portuguese translation team[1], the
overall statistic for GNOME 3.8 is not updated too.

Re: "gnome-getting-started-docs" video translation

2013-03-15 Thread Petr Kovar
Hey,

Just a heads up that when translating gnome-getting-started-docs, you
should not commit the translated SVGs, instead, (re)generate them
with ./autogen.sh && make. The translated SVGs will be generated for all
available languages when releasing a new tarball. The .gitignore file is
properly set to ignore these SVGs.

See the message quoted below for more details.

Please let me know if you have any questions concerning this.

Thanks,
Petr Kovar

I never intended to make a new release for 3.8 but I see my development
release got in
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/teams/releng/3.7.91/gnome-apps-3.7.91.modules
I definitely did not follow UI freeze and broke string freeze in
https://git.gnome.org/browse/glade/commit/?id=b0ad5f34bd17794aef704dfa0bd225a05d83ff00
I added these two new strings

+#define TRUE_STRING _("✓True")
+#define FALSE_STRING _("✗False")

We could easily revert the string breaks but I still do not think glade
will be ready to release together with gnome 3.8 specially since I did
not had time to focus on bug fixing.

Anyways I guess I will have to talk to the release team to sort this
out.

greets

Juan Pablo

g-c-c: UI freeze break request

2013-03-15 Thread Rui Tiago Cação Matos
Hi,

I'd like to push some patches that break the UI freeze. They are meant
to make the implementation closer to the designs and address a
usability concern (the "..." label). Here are the bugs:

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695465
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=694927
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695520

And here are some before/after screenshots:

http://imgur.com/a/txtVF

Thanks for considering this,
Rui
