Hi Felipe, *if* you'd like to request a UI freeze break request you need to contact the release-team. See https://wiki.gnome.org/ThreePointSeventeen or https://wiki.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/Freezes#UI_Freeze But I have no idea yet if this actually is a UI change. The email subject mentions UI changes, the body new strings. Freeze break request for gnome-control-center (printers) UI changes, bug #690351
Hi, We have updated gnome-control-centers Printers' panel in order to fit the new designs. These changes have included two new strings. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=690351 Since it's an old bug and makes Printers way more presentable while empty (no printers), I hope we can make this exception.
