Re: String freeze ends for gnome-user-docs (was: String freeze for gnome-user-docs)

2017-10-02 Thread Petr Kovar
Hi all,

Just a reminder that we're now in string freeze for gnome-user-docs,
stable branch gnome-3-26. Please do not push any content updates to that
branch. Only translation updates are allowed. Pushing to master is ok.

According
to https://wiki.gnome.org/DocumentationProject/Tasks/ReleaseSchedule, the
string freeze ends in approx two weeks, when we release
translation updates as 3.26.1.1.

Thank you,
pk

That sounds reasonable, you get +1/2 from me. Do you plan to release
3.26.2 with the GNOME 3.26.2, or sooner?

Approval 2/2 for i18n.

Thanks for getting back so fast. I made a 3.26.1 release without the
changes and I will pursue the freeze break exception for 3.26.2.

What is your release plan? When will you publish 3.26.1 (I suspect
now-ish)? And 3.26.2?

If you’re just about to release 3.26.1, that means that effectively no
translator will have time to translate the string and it will be
untranslated for all languages, which we don”t want. Can you publish
3.26.1 without that change and put it in (provided you get an
exception granted) for 3.26.2?

[DL] String additions to 'gnome-disk-utility.gnome-3-26'

2017-10-02 Thread GNOME Status Pages
This is an automatic notification from status generation scripts on:
https://l10n.gnome.org.

There have been following string additions to module
'gnome-disk-utility.gnome-3-26':

+ "Error mounting the filesystem"
+ "Error unmounting filesystem for repairing"

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.

[DL] String additions to 'gnome-boxes.gnome-3-26'

2017-10-02 Thread Felipe Borges
Sorry, I was just pointed out about this.

Could we still get an exception on this one?

This patch makes the Resizing of virtual machines useful now.

For context: when a VM has snapshots, our backend does not allow disk
resizing. Since we are not creating a snapshot every time a machine is
installed the Disk Resizing has become useless (changes don't take
effect).

If not, I will revert the commit before the 3.26.1 release.

Thanks,
Felipe.
