This is indeed a freeze break.

Simple string, and clearly an improvement over the "An Internet Relay
Chat Client for GNOME” it replaces.

This is an existing string that is being shortened, so if you already
translated it you’ll just have to cut the end and if you didn’t, well…
less work!

Considering this, I’m giving approval 1/2 from i18n for the exception
that Florian will confirm he’s requesting in reply to this email. :-)

Problems with D-L

I'm not able to commit the following translation:
https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-tour/master/po/cs/
It ends with the message:
504 Gateway Time-out
So I have pushed it directly with git, but D-L doesn't reflect the
changes and still shows the untranslated strings.

I also need fix global statistics for Czech GNOME 41 documentation. It
shows 288 untranslated strings but it should be 285.

String freeze break exception for user-accounts/parental-controls in GNOME Settings

TL;DR: We need to add some keywords to the
gnome-control-center/user-accounts panel desktop file.

* Rationale:
The GNOME Settings User Accounts panel can [optionally] be built with
parental control capabilities. This adds options to the user interface
allowing for restricting the access to applications to a child user.

While there's a standalone app for configuring parental controls, our
design expects this application to be launched from GNOME Settings.

This way, we need the User Accounts desktop file to contain keywords
related to parental controls, so the User Accounts panel shows up in
