Unfortunately it is not possible for us to review translations (for obvious
reasons) so any such Merge Request will be closed. We only accept translations
coming from the D-L infrastructure.

In such a case you can contact the team for your language to join them, or
contact the i18n team for more information.

 Dear Translators

Secrets¹, formerly Password Safe, got its 6.0.beta release today and it is
in string-freeze, the plan is to release 6.0 next Friday containing only
 bug-fixes, if any, and translations.

Hi Aruna,

please use https://l10n.gnome.org/module/secrets/ from here you can
download your locale file and complete it before submission.

If you don´t have permissions to submit files from l10n.gnome.org you must
fork the secrets repository, upload the .po file to your fork and create a
Merge Request to the original repository.

Regards,
Fran

Re: Secrets 6.0 release

2022-01-07 Thread Aruna Hewapathirane via gnome-i18n
Hi Fran,

I am rather new to this translation stuff where can I find the *.pot file
to generate my localization file please ?
The main .pot file as in:

msginit -l si_LK -o si.po -i .pot

When I try to clone a local copy of the repo and it says:
fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/secrets.git/':
server certificate verification failed. CAfile:
/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt CRLfile: none

Any ideas how to resolve and fix this?

I am running Linux debian.

Thank you - Aruna
