Freeze exception request
Hey, A feature that is requested a lot is remembering whether notifications are allowed for a site. We were stuck waiting for UI design, so we decided to land the feature with no UI changes for now. We would like to merge it to 3.22. Unfortunately, even though it does not change UI elements, it does add a string, since the change contains a new schema. That will only appear on dconf-editor, so we believe it won't be too much of a problem. New string in Epiphany
Hey, For 2.29.91 we restored basic notification of SSL certificate brokeness through the padlock in the location bar. To implement this properly we need to know where to look for system trusted certificates, and it's important to warn if it should be there but isn't, so I added a new message: g_warning (_(CA Certificates file we should use was not found, \ all SSL sites will be considered to have a broken certificate.)); It is likely not the best way to put this, but since we are tight schedule-wise, we can improve it later. I believe we're entering string freeze, so I would like to get you informed, and know if that is OK. Considering there have not been any complains, and that many languages have already updated their translation, go ahead (including the translator comment, please). While writing the comment I decided the string was bound to cause confusion, and investigating the translations that had already been made, it looks like it did confuse some translators =/. So, here's what I did. I changed the string to '%s Files' because it was the string we had before, so we could just reuse the translations which already existed. I brought the po files for the languages which had already translated the new string up to date with this change, using older versions of the po files as reference, and brought string which were in the .po files 'attic' back again to life. That should ensure that the translations which were at 100% are still there, and some which were missing the new string now have the old translated string again =) I pushed the changes to both gnome-2-28, and master, and I'll keep an eye at the stats. Adding WebKitGTK+ to the translation stats pages
Hello, We have recently added l10n support for WebKitGTK+. We are still in the process of tagging translatable messages, but we should be good to start receiving translations from all interested languages. I would like to request that WebKitGTK+ be added to the 'freedesktop.org' section of modules, if possible.
