cheese module split-up

That way, we, at the Arabic team (we use both Arabic and Hindu numerals for different locales) could just use %Id and the application will display the right numerals upon reading the locale. If you use 1, 2, etc verbatim we will just copy them and nobody will get the benefit. The normal way is that teams that reached 100% for GNOME 2.22 will now work on trunk as strings in 2.22 will not change anymore (or have to be announced and approved and thus can be updated). Big teams, like Spanish usually have a quite up-to-date trunk translation while others wait for string freeze an translate anything in a bunch. small request for translators on committing
hey guys! when i create the NEWS notes jsut before the release i summarize every change done since the last release. of course i also put in there the added/updated translations. the bad thing about it: it takes me extremely long to track down the updated language abbreviation and the dude who updated the translation as everyone commits different: Updated Spanish translation (well, WHO updated it?) et.po: Translation updated by Ivar Smolin (great, exactly how i need it) hu.po: Translation updated (abbreviation is here, but who did it?) string and ui freeze request for cheese: countdown
