Team coordinator change
Hello, As coordinator of the Gnome Dutch translation team I want to know if the information on the following page https://wiki.gnome.org/TranslationProject/CoordinationActions is still valid. On the page I see: /PLEASE NOTE: THIS TEAM DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE. INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE IS OUTDATED./ Is the procedure under the header Team Coordinator changes still valid?/ / Hannie Dumoleyn/ / Dutch translation team coordinator/ / ___ gnome-i18n mailing list gnome-i18n@gnome.org https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-i18n

I don’t understand everything in the procedure for l10n team coordinator changes on that page. The token thing doesn’t sound familiar. In my experience, either the new coordinator or the current/previous one sends an email to the gnome-i18n list with the other one in CC, and the other one responds to confirm the change. I also don’t understand why the list would have to know about an email address change. If it’s about the address subscribed to the list, then anyone should be able to update it on their own at mail.gnome.org. If it’s about Damned iles, one can update it on their own as well. -- Alexandre Franke GNOME Hacker ___ gnome-i18n mailing list gnome-i18n@gnome.org https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-i18n

Re: Slovenian gnome coordinator change
2005/10/5, Andraz Tori [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Hello! I have been the coordinator of slovenian translation for gnome for last five years. Unfortunately my time is quite limited and i'd like to pass the torch to new translation leader. So, I'd like to put Matjaz Horvat [EMAIL PROTECTED] at the place of coordinator of Slovenian translation. He agrees with his new role. For now i'd like to keep CVS access in order to help with possible problems. What are next steps I have to do to finish the transition? Among other things he needs cvs access. Ok, sorry for the long delay. I've changed the Slovenian coordinator listed at http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html . If you want the default owner and QA person listed for the Slovenian Bugzilla component to be changed as well (please see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=l10n ), then let me know. Matjaz needs to request a Bugzilla account first though, if he should want to be the new default owner. For CVS access, please follow the instructions at http://developer.gnome.org/doc/policies/accounts/ .
