OK for docs. Those help pages need quite a bit of work before they're
ready to ship anyway. Either we'll get to the updates, or they'll get
backed out for 3.4. These changes at this stage don't make that much
 harder.

Good. And 'cause we are still in string change announce period, 1 of 2
from r-t, hoping those changes can be included in upcoming beta
release.

PS and OT: IMHO the border around checkboxes is a little thick, isn't it?

Cosimo: If you fix the four broken strings that miss proper plurals (%s
days ago, %s weeks ago, %d months ago, %d years ago, see
https://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/DevGuidelines/Plurals ), for
the UI part this is one release-team member approval from me, and for
the new strings this is one Translation Coordination Team member
approval from me. Note that you need two approvals from both teams.

I18N impact: Currently this would add 12 new strings to translate:
msgid %d of %d
msgid Yesterday
msgid %s days ago
msgid Last week
msgid %s weeks ago
msgid Last month
msgid %d months ago
msgid Last year
msgid %d years ago
msgid Results for \%s\
msgid filtered by title
msgid filtered by author
After fixing the plurals it would be 16 new strings.

Cosimo, the screenshots are really helpful. Can you leave them up
through at least the 3.4.0 release?

Thanks Shaun,
I won't delete the screenshots anytime soon.

Hey Andre,

thanks for the heads-up on these plural strings, will fix.
Since we're not in string-freeze yet, but only string change
announcement, I don't think I need another approval from I18N though,
right?

Thanks,
Cosimo

Ah, wasn't sure if you had already made a tarball or not for today.
In that case you're right. :)

 Hi,

in the last week I worked on a series of improvements for GNOME

the 3.4 cycle but unfortunately I missed the freeze deadline.
 Changes include
 - the use of checkbuttons instead of the classic treeview-like selection
 background for selection mode
 - changing the title of the toolbar according to the current view
 - support for drag and drop of items out of the application
 - show document date information in list view
 - support for printing documents
I put some screenshots of the new features here [1].

The changes unfortunately include quite some new strings and touch some
important bits of the UI, but I think they're worth it and I would like
to merge them for next Monday's beta, so I am here requesting a freeze
 break for these changes.

Code can be found at [2].

All of these look great to me, but we'll have to hear what the doc and
i18n teams have to say - I know the doc team spent time on
gnome-documents this cycle, so they may have an opinion.
