Many thank for your work. You should update it with pot file. It is not
up to date.

$ wget https://l10n.gnome.org/POT/file-roller.master/file-roller.master.pot
$ mv file-roller.po.master.ie.po ie.po
$ msgmerge -Uv ie.po file-roller.master.pot

Then translate it with your favorite editor (gtranslator for example).

I personally think you also should chose an other email service than
hotmail.

then the team has to be created. But first let's have a look at the file
header:

# kk@latin translation for file-roller.

This refers to a Kazakh translation, please change it to Interlingue
(preferred the full word).

# FIRST AUTHOR , YEAR.

Please fill in your full name, mail address and year.

"Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=(n!=1);\n"

I haven't found anything on the web about plural forms in Interlingue,
as long as it is the same as in Interlingua, this line should be OK.

Best Regards,
Mario

Interlingua team exists [1]. The original poster informed the language code
'ie', however the correct is 'ia' in the ISO 639 [2].

Interlingua (ia in ISO 639-1) and Interlingue (ie) are not the same.

>From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interlingua:

Not to be confused with Interlingue, Interlanguage, or Interlingual
machine translation.
This article is about the auxiliary language created by the
International Auxiliary Language Association.

And from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occidental_language:

Not to be confused with Interlingua or Occitan.
The language Occidental, later Interlingue, is a planned international
auxiliary language created by the Balto-German naval officer and teacher
Edgar de Wahl, and published in 1922.
