It might similar to this problem:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=566051

That is GNOME servers hosted by Canonical may have some difficulty to
talk directly to other Canonical servers.

I (think I) have a problem too... I registered using the OpenID option,
but never received a mail back for confirmation, is it supposed to take
that long?

If I try to re-register it (obviously) says that the account name (milo)
is already taken...

Yes, the "forgotten password" functionality has not been implemented

Haven't seen anyone asking this yet, so... I tried to register a new
account to use the new DL and was told my username, OgMaciel, already
exists. Looking at the login page, I couldn't find a way to have my
password (though I don't remember setting up an account before, I
assumed that every module maintainer was added automatically to the
system) emailed to me or reset.

Can anyone gimme a hand?

There is no guarantee that the certificate is secure on the server.
Further, didn't like one of those sites. IIRC cacert. Wanted personal
details while GNOME is an organization.

Hi Claude,

I am concerned a bit about the security. Are there plans to enable https
access to the site?

Thanks.

All coordinators received the message. You probably noticed some changes
are currently on their way on l10n.gnome.org.

Stéphane Raimbault will announce it officially with some more details

Yes, as there is a login link on the site.

Suggest to just wait until the announce is made to this list in a few
days. I guess this is part of the additional functionality that was
intended to be added (discussions during GUADEC).
