The settings are integrated in g-c-c, but the mousetweaks daemon is
still needed for now, so yes, it needs to be translated.

Hi,

mousetweaks comes with 2 panel applets that have a preferences dialog and
context menus. The daemon itself only has some cli options and error/status 
messages.

There is also a manual about mousetweaks in the gnome svn of 
mousetweaks. Maybe it should be integrated in the Accessibility 
section of the gnome user guide.
