This is a consequence of

Quoting:
Impact for translations: at most a new string for each modules, with
the application "brand" name (that could be left alone, for languages
  that do not do transliteration).

Here it's two strings, sorry about that.

This is a string for Google Talk accounts, which of course
are just Jabber accounts, but they're always @gmail.com.
Having the example not be @gmail.com would be confusing.

Maybe Google has an example account they use in their
docs and such. Anybody have any friends at Google they
could ask?

This is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=630214 , a file was
missing from POTFILES.in, not a break.

This is due to this bug report:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=659141

I allowed guillaume to commit directly because with this bug, the string
was not translated (and could be considered as a "string previously not
marked for translation").

A blame for translators: when you see a translatable string like:
msgid "%"
always try to enquire a bit more in the source code... :-) Or at least
ask for clarification.

Those changes to Empathy were made to master, after Empathy was
branched, so they are ok.

This is not a break as those strings were already present but not
translated; see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=671875

As explained on https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=684281 this
is not a break as this string was not translated before.

This was a string accidentially not marked for translation before.
