This is not urgent: glib 2.20.0 was already released, so you probably
have at least a few days (if not a few weeks) to translate those two new
strings.

AFAIK, glib and gtk+ are not affected by the GNOME freezes, so I guess
the answers to the questions are "no" and "yes", in that order... :(
