[DL]String additions to 'gnome-clocks.master'

2022-10-03 Thread GNOME Status Pages
This is an automatic notification from status generation scripts on:
https://l10n.gnome.org.

There have been following string additions to module 'gnome-clocks.master':

+ "A simple and elegant clock application. It includes world clocks, alarms, a
stopwatch, and timers."
+ "Keep track of time"

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.

You can see https://l10n.gnome.org/module/gnome-clocks/ uses the main
branch for 3.38, because there is no gnome-3-38 branch yet. We’ll
update Damned Lies when it’s available.

There is no gnome-3.38 branch so it's a freeze violation for GNOME 3.38.

Not that I know of. According to https://wiki.gnome.org/Forty the UI freeze
starts on February 13, and the string freeze starts on February 27th.

Maybe this has to do with the branch DL tracks? Claude or Alexandre might know
better.

Re: String additions to 'gnome-clocks.master'

2014-08-10 Thread Paolo Borelli
Hi Piotr,

thanks for the reminder. Note however that those are not new strings, I
simply renamed a file, but the strings were already there before...

That said, you are right that I should branch gnome-3-12 since master has
some minor UI changes, however when I try to push the branch I get the
following git commit hook error that prevents me to push:

remote: The following part of the file fails to do this. Please correct the
translation and try to push again.
remote:
remote: #: ../data/gnome-clocks.desktop.in.h:4
remote: msgid time;timer;alarm;world clock;stopwatch;time zone;

The error seems bogus to me since the translations are simply on a
different like like:

#: ../data/gnome-clocks.desktop.in.h:4
msgid time;timer;alarm;world clock;stopwatch;time zone;
msgstr
време;отброяване;напомняне;часовник;секундомер;пояс;хронометър;time;timer;
alarm;world clock;stopwatch;time zone;

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to avoid this problem?

Thanks,

Paolo

I just realized that this module is not listed in
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/GNOME/teams/releng/3.5.92/versions

I guess we should just move it to the extras set.
