The GNU Webmasters just do a very basic check to make sure that a distro is a 
feasible candidate. The folks on the mailing list take it from there. So our 
role is done. If you've already contacted the mailing list that's fine.

Hyperbola seems a feasible candidate. Please request an endorsement from the 
dedicated mailing list . They should include a 
description of their new distro, a link to their home page, and any other 
useful info.

They will take over from there.
