Somebody complained about that on IRC yesterday too. The correct URL is 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash-docs/2.6.12/gnucash-docs-2.6.12.tar.gz/download
and the SH-256 is 
0e4a7338aee0c5ec50d46a9b5f243a08e82215f079a125d85fc95af823906d04.

Where's the bad link?
