It's likely a guile 2.0 only issue, but I haven't confirmed this.

Re: [GNC-dev] Budgets: showing total-to-date in budget period, and previous month totals only

2019-07-04 Thread Christopher Lam
The budget.scm can be upgraded to implement ideas from ytd-budget.scm --
This means headers per budget period will potentially be Bgt, Act, Diff,
Bgt(YTD), Act(YTD). Feedback is welcome.

Hi Christopher,

do you think, you can fix the issue?

Else we should updates several parts of our dokumentation
(wiki and other placess, too?)
and suggest not to use non non-ASCII chars in the path to your source
directory.

Try a simpler folder name eg "code"

Hi again,

thank you Geert, Frank, for your quick answer.

I was talking about both the UI and the help/guide. As far as I can tell,
there are no missing translations on the website.

So, the UI and building. I got a ninja/make error that I don´t know how to
solve. I attached the results of cmake and ninja hopping to get some help from
you.
I can add that I build Gnucash previously (with some difficulties on my end )
under MX-16 and it worked fine.

As prescribed here the command I used was:
sudo cmake -GNinja -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/gnucash
/home/pmra/Repos/gnucash/gnucash
followed by sudo ninja.

The system is Debian based (BunsenLabs) and it's an old Toshiba 32 bit. I
first removed the other version of Gnucash.

Would it be Ok to send a compressed file with the updates via Bugzilla (since
I don't understand github)? UI is quick enough, docs will take a bit longer!
