Further : the user case for a user to be actually unable to access the internet to consult the wiki is I think rather extreme. Inconvenient, perhaps; maddeningly slow, even. But actually unavailable? Personally, I'm not sure how many transactions I would generate in the "outback," anyway. I'd just wait until I had some connectivity to do my online accounting.
