Yeah, I have been concentrating on getting distcheck to work due to 
scrollkeeper problems and forgot to remove the svn files. They'll be out 
of the next one.

The .svn stuff certainly isn't required in the tarball, but I
don't know how the gnucash-docs tarball is created, so it might
get added accidentally.

As Bill said, it's certainly not REQUIRED and it probably doesn't
hurt anything, but it could be confusing.

Hopefully Chris Lyttle will speak up next time he reads -devel.
