What kind of reports do you mean? Do you mean the text reports (e.g. balance sheet) or the graphical reports (e.g. all the piecharts/barcharts)? For the latter, this is a well-known problem.Christian-BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-Version: GnuPG v1.0.5 (GNU/Linux)Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.orgiQCVAwUBPG/Pi2XAi+BfhivFAQGcJAP7B54HSlJywn937j9UoTVvJn1XferdkwJe9HIDPtpATWlQZsEHHb6xqFHlFftG1kqYAwzzCyMFu0Qi3W7hxfcbgQVtaVGpn9JnMkT0+PLwIrCYCi/Vdz3UIebTYg7PbWlT1dh8bGNYmS0wDjLH+D7tMZ2MHFu11S4Q2wh3DXjXx7o==I/Uz-END PGP SIGNATURE-

I mean text reports such the balance sheet you mentioned.
I followed the advice of  D.Peticolas and changed the fonts of html view
 (changed to true type "albany")
but now it displays lines in place of fonts.Example : the word "false" -"áëçèÝò"
in gnome hello world report it shows this: __  .

Have you tried opening the Gnome Settings dialog (from the panel)
and changing the default HTML viewer font?

reports dont display greek fonts

2002-02-16 Thread nikos charonitakis

i ve started a greek translation of gnucash.
menus buttons etc display are ok with greek fonts.
but i have problems where (i guess) gnome print is involved.
gnucash display fonts that makes application unusable in greek language.
Can gnucash display in reports true type fonts?
where is the default fonts that uses Gnucash in reports and generaly in
print funtions?
can i changed it?
Also in "tip of the day" window the title is diplayed wrong(unreadable
in greek).
(I use redhat 7.2 with mannualy installed gnome-print 0.35 and i can
see (via gnome-print) greek true type fonts only in few applications
(gnumeric)).

thanks for any help.
