Thanks John, not important really, plenty of small workarounds but wanted to check anyway. Keep up the great work. Re: [GNC] Yahoo blocking GnuCash Email
I am with AOL which I guess has something to do with Yahoo. Anyway I was getting a few [GNC] e-mails each day.?? Suddenly got a deluge covering several days.?? Somehow some must have been getting through, but most weren't.?? Now I guess I know why.?? Appreciate all the work of the GNC crew.?? This could be due to people flagging gnucash email as spam (which might include the monthly password reminders), or it could be as stupid as people receiving the email but never reading it.?? But like I said, Yahoo won't tell me the source of the blockage. I am hoping this will clear up on it's own.?? If not, I might need to literally unsubscribe every yahoo user and then request each person to re-subscribe themselves to the list (once email clears up). I realize that no Yahoo users will actually *see* this email, but I'm hoping they will eventually be able to google for gnucash email yahoo problem or something like that and this email will pop up in a couple days in the archives.?? Indeed, the queue dropped from over 6000 to 130 (normal size). So it looks like the blockage has been fixed, for now. -derek Sent using my mobile device. Please excuse any typos. [GNC] OFX import for Multiple Visa
Hey all, I have been importing OFX files for my VISA for a long time without issue. I recently got another new VISA card with a new number and tried to import the OFX file but Gnucash isn't asking me what account the new VISA is for and is putting the transactions into the other VISA GC account. I've looked at the two OFX files and they have different fields so I was expecting Gnucash to ask me what GC account the VISA number was for. In addition, when I have the OFX import window open for the new VISA and I click the "Show the Source account column" it shows the old GC VISA account. I'm running version Build ID: 3.6+(2019-06-29) on a mac. Is there a way reset the VISA number to GC account association? Or perhaps, something else, so I can import my new VISA OFX into the correct GC account?
