It seems you somehow managed to set foreground colour = background colour (white). Unfortunately for you GnuCash is using Cascaded stylesheets (CSS), so there are many places where you can have misconfigured your reports. As I am not familiar with Windows, read the section https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Customizing_the_Appearance and linked pages. But perhaps someone else can chime in?
