Getting windows to redraw after a data update seems to have changed with a recent upgrade to Gtk in the Windows builds. Bob Fewell has fixed some of them, please try the latest nightly from https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/maint to see if this has been fixed already. If not, please file a bug.
