Its not in the NUM cell though which is where I want to input that type of transaction detail. Maybe I'll try it and see how the process flows. If the first letter of the item you want to use doesn't match the first letter of one of the pre-filled list it won't autofill I.E. EFT. Since no item in the list starts with an "E" EFT will not autofill. I suspect that it is not easy to have both auto increment and auto fill at the same time. You can still ask.
