The GnuPG project is pleased to announce the availability of the latest release of the collection of PIN or passphrase entry dialogs for GnuPG, Pinentry 1.1.1.


Noteworthy changes in version 1.1.1 (2021-01-21)
===================================

* A Pinentry for the Enlightenment environment is available.

* In the GTK, QT, TQt, and curses pinentries, echoing can be disabled by pressing the backspace key prior to any other input.

* The TTY pinentry now supports line editing.

* The GTK pinentry now requires GTK+ 2.12.0 or a later version.
