Frederick Noronha, I like your use of ‘meta’ !Now it is the bane of a hi-tech 
parent company. In my day, I studied with the best ‘systems’ theorists. Meta 
theory was a key concept. 
One of the original books:David Easton, ‘The Political System’. I was his 
doctoral student full-time for 3 yrs.. He coined that, & the words r used 
routinely today. If u r a free member of goodreads, or U. of Goa online  
libraries, (I am sure u r, as u pioneered much in Goa), u can read the book
