When Naguesh Bhatcar wished us all a Happy Christmas, it brought many sights 
and memories of the brotherhood between the races that was once an integral 
part of Goa.

The mutual respect between Hindus and Catholics that existed was a thing of 
wonder for us Bomoicars who visited our ancestral place once a year. Though 
there was respect between communities in Bombay too, it didn’t touch the 
closeness and neighbourliness one saw existing in Goa.

Though politics, greed and dog-eat-dog selfishness must have eroded the bond 
between the two major religious communities of Goa, I know that with the older 
folks this will always remain and I wish for future generations they cultivate 
if they have to, a new stronger bond.

A SAGA OF SUPPRESSION BY A COMPANY WITH DIRECTOR WITH CRIMINAL BACKGROUND?

The Goa Forward Party and its Spokesman Trajano D’Mello which had been
screaming from the rooftop and even going to Court over the permissions
being given to dubious companies to hold the Electronic Dance Music (EDM)
festivals, has now for obvious reasons gone silent after reportedly getting
their palms well greased.

The Goa Government after having been cheated earlier, to the tune of crores
of rupees by two companies Percept Limited and Viacom, now this year, is
giving permission an Ahmedabad company “Sudarshan Entertainment World LLP”
to hold an EDM from December 27th to December 29th, 2017.

According to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs this novice company
Sudarshan Entertainment World LLP (LLPIN AAJ-18160) was incorporated as
recently as on 18th of April 2017 with Vicky Rajkamal Bhardwaj (DIN
03298259) and Aayush Nikulbhai Mehta (DIN 076210920 as Directors.

A search on the net will reveal that Vicky Rajkamal Bhardwaj is a
co-Director of Zoriion Communication Pvt Ltd (CIN: U72900GJ2010PTC02960)
and this company as well as Vicky Rajmakal Bhardwaj is having a very shady
criminal record in the infamous Thane fake call-centre scam busted in 2016
and it is surprising that the Goa Government has chosen to do business with
such a fugitive who had been absconding after the raid in October 2016.

Vicky Rajkamal Bhardwaj along with the other two Directors of Zoriion
Communication Pvt Ltd (and also the Company Zoriion Communication Pvt Ltd,
have been indicted in the Court in USA viz. Houston Division, Southern
District of Texas, United States District Court in Case No. Criminal No.
4:16-cr385-S for charges including criminal conspiracy, wire criminal
conspiracy and money laundering etc.

Is the Indian Government silent on this? Has Goa Government not checked
credentials of this company even by a simple web search? Is Goa going to be
taken for another ride? In case of high security number plates, what did
the Goa Government do? And now, why the double standards? Have these facts
been disclosed to the State Government?

THESE SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL FACTS, SUPPRESSED, SHOULD ENTAIL CANCELLATION
OF THE PERMISSIONS GRANTED. IF DISCLOSED, THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE GOT THE
PERMISSION SPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE NATURE OF THE INDICTMENT.

Time-Out72: Things seem to get murkier

A recent press conference on 14 November 2017 by Vaishal Shah claims that
Time-Out72 will be held in Vagator, Goa, by WaterLemon Events and claims it
is an initiative “by three live-event rookies from Ahmedabad” and claims
that “Vaishal Shah formed WaterLemon Entertainment with passionate music
lovers and friends, Aayush Mehta and Argha Chatterjee, who raised the
capital for this venture by investing from their own money.”

Aayush Shah does not figure in the List of Directors on the website of
Ministry of Corporate Affairs as of date, of WaterLemon Events LLP. But
don’t forget, he is the Director of Sudarshan Entertainment World LLP
(LLPIN AAJ-18160).

WHO IS VAISHAL SHAH? Is he connected with anyone within the BJP? How and
when did he get involved with Sudarshan? Even his Company WaterLemon
Entertainment LLP (LLPIN: AAJ-2289) was incorporated only on 21.04.2017!

The people of our country and Goa need to know the machinations behind the
scenes. Even how this sole application to remain was managed needs to be
probed.

Are we going to gift the rights to people with such record? That too, to
please some politically connected persons? And for what behind-the-scenes
fixings?

Will Goa Forward step up demand the cancellation and a probe, if it has
nothing to do with these players and no quid pro quo? Or will it be another
Fot, Foting and Fotingponn, to be yet another blow to Goem, Goenkar and
Goenkarponn.

Trojano D’ Mello needs to speak up now and Goa Forward should make its
slate clean...

Bangladesh in the final of the SAFF U15 Women's Championship in Dhaka,
Bangladesh.



In a closely contested game Shamsun Nahar's individual brilliance is what
that took the game away from India. Her strike in the 41st minute was the
sole differentiator between the two sides.



After blanking out Bhutan and Nepal, India had lost to Bangladesh in the
group stages. But a much improved performance was on display by the eves.
Despite the showing India fell short as the hosts bagged the title.
