Hello all Inspite of several reminders the matka operations in the said cafe still continues unabated. One front table is exclusively reserved for this matka operation. It means that you have apparently issued this cafe a hotel cum matka operations licence?? Or someone from your department is deliberately turning a blind eye to the whole setup. Wonder why? No. One does not have to wonder but it is clearly implied that some underhand deal has taken place to allow this cafe owner to disregard the law so blatantly. Hence, I have involved the media to cover this story and display on their papers. The truth has to be revealed. One way or the other.
