This shows up in the encyclical of Pope Benedict XVI. The encyclical0 generally supports globalization, but criticizes western companies that outsource business to developing countries. --- Read all Goanet messages at: http://lists.goanet.org/pipermail/goanet-goanet.org/ ---
Re: [Goanet] Archbishop Censures Clinton Stop at Catholic University
Dear Mr. Sachin Phadte, In reply to your questions as to what Catholic values are you would need to read and understand the Bible. However despite all this I have noticed that in all parts of India our CATHOLIC institutions are sought after for education. Be it Schools or Colleges, these institutions are sought after by Catholics as well as non Catholics so I am sure they are doing something right that other non Catholic institutions aren't doing. Also because Senator Hillary Clinton is a senator it does not mean that we accept her with open arms when she accepts murder as a policy. We do not believe in murder of innocents. Do you believe in the murder of innocents? As for what we Catholics stand for is what is in the Bible and nobody including yourself has a right to criticize those teachings. In future it would be appropriate to pull the beam out of your eye before to try to pick the speck out off your neighbors' eye. Regards, Derrick Da Costa

* * * 2006 ANNUAL GOANETTERS MEET - GOA * * * WHERE: Foodland Cafe - Miramar Residency - Miramar, Goa WHEN: December 21, 2006 @ 4:00pm More info: http://lists.goanet.org/pipermail/goanet-goanet.org/2006-December/051398.html The Ministers in Goa are only interested in filling their own pockets. The ministers themselves are anti Goan. The cream of Goans have migrated abroad because the ministers themseves are doing nothing to ensure that true Goan sons of the soil get jobs.It is not true that we do not have educated Goans and by Goans I mean Goans not some ghatti who has settled down now in Goa and because of his tenure of stay claims to be a Goan. Our corrupt politicians have to this day not put any policy in place. Put a policy of Goa for the Goans in place if they have the guts to do so.All they care about is filling their pockets with money. Do we need another shut down like the Konkani language issue to highlight our plight. This is the sad issue, our culture is being changed and eroded we have Northerners,Southerners,Easterners and Westerners running our Goa,but we have no hard nut Goans to fight for us Goenkars true sons of the soil.It took 5years before my name was even pulled up at the employment exchange. By then I was long gone building up for my future. What was I to subsit on Mr. Minister?? Love and fresh air or the bucks you put aside in your pocket which cost me a future away from Goa. My HOME.
