24-year-old Daijiworld Contributor Vilma D'Souza Dies in Road Accident

  Mumbai: In another  shocking incident, 24-year -old amateur journalist Vilma 
D'Souza, who has contributed a few exclusive articles for Daijiworld readers, 
died in a road accident on Monday May 19 morning while travelling with her 
cousins from Goa to Mumbai after spending the weekend there.
  The report reached Daijiworld late in the afternoon and though the model of 
the vehicle they were travelling is is not yet known, it has been confirmed 
that the vehicle hit a tree early morning resulting in Vilma's death.
  While Vilma died on the spot, one of her cousin's hand was fractured and 
other cousins are in a state of shock. Altogether seven of them were in 
involved in the accident.
  Sources within Vilma's family said that she was already engaged to marry next 
year and her fiancee was also travelling with her.
  Vilma D'Souza, hailing from Kinnigoli, Mangalore, was a B Com graduate from 
St Andrew's College, Bandra and pursuing her post graduation in MBA. 
  She was employed with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. 
  She was reguarly contributing her articles in Mumbai for Mid-day and other 
periodicals along with daijiworld.com
  Vilma is the daughter of Mary and Thomas D'Souza, residing in Malad and 
sister of Stevan D'Souza (Bahrain) and Kiran D'Souza (Mumbai).
  The funeral will be held in Orlem-Malad on Tuesday May 20 at 5.30 pm.
  Daijiworld.com mourns her death and expresses heartfelt condolence to her 
parents, brothers and other family members.
