To Goanet - I showed Joe's latest photographs of the violations in Panjim to the CCP Commissioner this morning and submitted a formal letter stating that failure to act will invite a contempt petition. The PIL was disposed of on April 23 and a final order passed at that time by the High Court with directions to the CCP. The CCP Commissioner gave me a copy of the directive he has issued to his employees. To Goanet - That must be a typo in CCP Commissioner's letter. I assume he means 24-04-2008 (instead of 24-08-2008). Pulling a fast one on me would be effectively pulling a fast one on the Court order. Willful misrepresentation will invite wrath of the Court and there'll be severe consequences.
