Cognizant Technologies a leading IT firm in the US and India.
Just to say that this illustrious family's daughter, Jacinta (an early

Just learnt that Sushila D'Souza, wife of former Indian ambassador
(and Goanetter) Placido D'Souza of Anjuna/Poona, passed away
yesterday, July 17, in a New York hospital, after a brief illness. The
family said: We are still in the process of making funeral and other
arrangements and will let you know when we have final details.
Sushila is the mum of Jacinta Sequeira and Lucia D'Souza -- two very
early Goanetters (mid-1990s) whom I met on a recent visit to Goa --
and Francisco D'Souza and Maria D'Souza Walters.
My condolences to the family. And on behalf of Goanet too.
