WHO ORGANIZED THE DELHI CARNAGE ? Dangerous militant forces are at play. Modi surely did not want riots to diminish the Namaste Trump extravanza in the world's eyes? Both Hindus and Muslims were targeted by organized mobs, giving the impression that the electorate of Delhi was punished for not voting for a BJP government resulting in 45 dead and counting, hundreds hospitalized, business ruined, people rendered jobless and famillies homeless . Houses/shops burnt 72/54, around 2000 vehicles torched, 4 mosques/temples attacked and 2 schools destroyed! The incompetent and influential police chief Amulya Patnaik at last shunted out and justice Muralidhar indicting BJP MLAs for hate speeches and police for incompetence transferred with midnight orders! Slow investigations and courts will give enough time for evidence to be tampered and cover-ups. The Delhi elections showcased venom and provocative statements made by the BJP with impunity, no action being taken by the police and mild disapproval by the Election Commission which no doubt contributed to the subsequent horrific riots where even a school serving 1000s of students was systematically torched! The Shaheen Baugh protestor's partially occupied road was fully barricaded by the subservient police force, No attempt made for interlocution like the Supreme Court did, or clearing the area! Even after being trounced by the AAP, 62 versus 8, instead of learning lessons or welcoming feedback from the people, the Modi government continues with its rigid stance (decisive?). The Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha session subsequently fails to discuss this grave matter and business carries on through the ruckuss as usual. The PM and HM are going about as if tweets and statements absolve them of their grave responsibility! Contrast the action of the Nw Zealad PM going personally and embracing the bereaved muslims after their carnage, sympathy and immediate action to assuage their fears and render all help they required! Even after being trounced by the AAP, 62 versus 8 after all the horrible offensive and communal election propaganda seen live on television from all the big guns of the BJP from PM downwards, and anti CAA protests all over India and 5 States passing resolutions not to implement it, the PM rules out rethink on CAA, and the HM does not care to take responsibility and explain in Parliament why law and order failed under his watch! Who is misleading whom about the CAA, and why is not the Supreme Court bringingi a stay order or deciding on it's legality? Who organized the deadly riots, who is respomsible and when will those responsible be brought to justice?

The reports unfolding of riots are obvious .The violence ,destruction ,kilimgs are. directed handiwork .13500 distress calls to police seem to have gone unheeded The silence of PM is deafening .From all accounts ,as teported from ground only particular community had to bear the brunt in the presence and inaction of police. The inadequacy and permissions to act is an alibi that is not convincing .There is not a single case of police intervention. The destruction of property ,houses, establishments ,vehicles being burnt is enormous .The spark of instigation is threat of Kapil Mishra in the presenceof DGP. Peace may be restored but wounds will take time to heal. The loss of business is extensive .Flag marches may restore lusive peace but notlively hood and shattered dreams. Rehabilitation must be immediate and so also financial aid by state and central Govt .that will show seriousness if intent. Perpatrators must be brought to justice as part of assurance Police want 4 weeks to file FIR against hate mongers. It appears that AAP CouncillorTahir is the sole culprit branded , as no other person is exposed for setting fire, arson and murders so far .Riots do not take place suddenly and withoiut police connivance and political patronage . Who started the riots is not exposed and break up community wise ,who have suffered most is a significant fact. Worst riots in . PM AND HM DUO MUST WALK THE TALK ON SUB KA VISHWAS ! After 38 deaths and hundreds hospitalized in 2 days Hindu Muslim riots which bring to mind the 2002 Gujarat riots, the same communal violence seems to be hapenning again with the same duo in complete charge of the nation. The PM finally tweets appealing for calm after the NSA has taken charge of a reportedly partisan police incompetence!There are enough weaponised para military forces and yet there was torching of vehicles, stone pelting, looting and burning of shops mostly muslim, reportedly attacks on Masjids and temples, use of firearms and deadly beating/stone pelting, fear for lives and uncertainty. Everyone queried in Delhi by reporters agrees it could have been prevented with timely action! This leads to complete loss of trust in government and the police. The PM did not address the Press and left it to Trump to answer for him. Trump did not want to reply regarding CAA but assured that the PM told him he is serious about religious harmony in India! Neither is the Supreme Court bringing a stay on CAA which legality it has to decide, despite some States passing resolutions against it and resultant agitations all over India leading to violence and divisions. Are we truly an enlightened democracy and will the PM act as PM of India and speak up not appearing as a prejudiced PM of the BJP and Sangh Parrivar? Law and Order is a State subject, but Delhi is unique in that the police is controlled by the LG and Home Minister leaving the CM helpless and nobody knows where the buck stops. What is worse all over India the police is hamstrung by political interference and that is very dangerous for justice, the people and our democracy as seen in the recent communal violence. How many more deaths, arson, looting, torching of vehicles, schools and shops and hooligans organized with petrol bombs, deadly weapons and even guns, intimidating/attacking journalists, causing mayhem freely with police watching/some complicit waiting for orders! The High Court justice S Muralidhar reportedly woken up at midnight held the emergency hearing at his residence and later passed a series of very relevant orders with regard to the violence was transferred to the Punjab and Haryana High court! The Supreme Court also rebuked the police for Delhi violence and inaction against BJP leaders hate speeches. Modi refuses to speak up to effectively end communal animosity and is a very polarizing personality. A Supreme Court judge profusely praising him as a visionary genius and the propriety hotly divided among the judicial community itself is telling. Unless the police and judiciary are completely insulated from the politicians and free to act professionally and impartially as required by the law, the atmosphere is only going to get worse!
