Tiatr Academy of Goa will celebrate the Birth Anniversary of late Regina Fernandes, the First Lady of the Tiatr Stage on 15th November, 2014 at 4:00 p.m at the Gomant Vidya Niketan, Auditorium, Margao. Originally the Birthday is on 16th November but due to unavoidable circumstances, had to be celebrated on 15th November. On this occasion, TAG will also present the “Young Achievers” Award-2014 to two young Tiatr Artistes. This is the first time the awards are being presented since their institution. The awards consists of a Memento, Citation and cash burse of Rs. 1/-. The awards will be presented at the hands of the Chief Guest, Alina Saldanha, Hon’ble Minister, Govt. Of Goa, in the presence of Smt. Sharon Mazarello, a versatile producer, director and actor of Konkani stage and films. The formal function will be followed by a Konkani Musical Show presented by a noted musician Lenoy Gomendes and his troupe comprising versatile Konkani artistes. Madam/Sir *TAG to celebrate Feast of St Cecilia.* Since last year Tiatr Academy has been celebrating the feast of St. Cecilia, Patron Saint of the artistes on 22nd November. This year too TAG will have the celebrations on 22nd November 2013.
